What is a "Zestimate" anyway? It is a completely
incorrect, invalid, total waste of your time and mine, estimate of the value of
your house based upon absolutely nothing. Too high, too low, no parameters
requested or offered. Make a list of prices from $100,000 to $500,000 in
$10,000 increments, put on a blindfold, spin around two times; then, find
the paper and using
your pen or pencil make a mark on it. That is a Zestimate of the value of your home
... they say they are within 30% of actual. It would be easier to just ask your
dog. These folks now say they have more hits than Realtor.com.
